If I'm looking for a Sultan...

You know how it seems if you drive around in a certain vehicle (like a coupe or an suv or something) you seem to spawn a lot of that same vehicle and other ones of that type? Which type of car would be good to encourage the Sultan to spawn? Has anyone had any luck with this? Because I've signed in the last few days searching areas that other players recommend (sandy shore/prison) and after probably 3+ hours of searching I still can't find one.

But honestly every two sessions there are hundreds in the prison car park.

 

Just go there, see if they are there, if not, jump to singleplayer, back into online, go there again and see.

 

Invite only sessions work best as you can be sure that its not an old session

I did drive around with a futo for quite a while and went to the prison parking lot BUT I didn't think to try loading invite only to guarantee a fresh session.

Just drive along the western highway northbound, and check the small dirt road exits with houses and stuff, especially around the clucking bell factory, ive found all my sultans there

I found mine in the futo. It was parked near the pay n spray in sandy shores.
