Can you make it a bit Bright? This is optional though. Signature! I Really can't explain the signature so here is explanation i made using MS Paint. (I Mispelled Quote on the Painting.) The Grumpy Cat in the middle is where Grumpy Cat should be. Not exactly like the painting but a PNG of her in the middle of something. At the bottom you will write Target13 in a Meme Caption font. (I Think its Impact) You will also write Grumpy Cat Quotes in the same font. Get quotes from here:http://www.complex.com/art-design/2013/03/the-50-funniest-grumpy-cat-memes/ You can reduce the amounts of quotes to fit the Size I Really want the Signature to be a PNG so Transparent Background.
