The problem is when I go with the cop car to LS Customs, a message pops up saying that I can't mod this type of vehicle. Im playing SP, and want to mod it for SP, why can't I mod it ? CarimboHanky Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 you cant mod "service" vehicules. cop cars ambulances taxis the last time we were able to mod a service car was in GTA2 that we were able to put guns on the car and rig them with bombs.
