How do i sack my mechanic

He's a useless douche. I ring him and ask him to drop my vehicle off he's like sure. A minute later he's like sorry can't drop it off. Seriously? What have you done picked up a brass on the way here by using my goddamn car you useless sh*t.

He sucks, too often he says he delivers the car and then he calls back to say he can't deliver it or he doesn't even call back at all and my car is never appearing.
