New vehicles patch/DLC = possible?

I don't know anything about developing or programming, so my question is, could R* add new cars and vehicles to the game (that actually spawn in traffic) via a downloadable patch?

there are a few new vehicles coming in the next update i believe 4 new ones.

 

along with 300 new clothes (with most of them probably being recolors)

who cares there are vehicles in the game but we still want more, the more is better.

 

More weapons more cars more houses more of everything, thats what makes the game playable and stop being it more repetitive.

Can someone give me a link to this new in game content story? This is like...the fifh time I've heard Rockstar is supposed to add in a few new cars, guns, and 300 clothing items.
