High priority case help

So i'm doing the mission High priority case for lester but I can't find the way up to the top floors were it is in the construction area...can someone tell me how to reach it?

By helicopter. First get on a high building close to it by helicopter and use your sniper. afterwards land you helicopter on the construction building and get the case.

Then parachute away.

 

You can call Lester for heli if you have an option. Or get one from the helipad near Elysian island.

cant I just walk through the building? isn't their a ramp somewere I can't seem to find anyway up and there are no helecopters..... All I get from lester is the answering machine...

Think there was an elevator in sp.. but it wasn't working for me for this mission.

 

YouTube the location for a helicopters for this mission. You will find out. Or there always is one in Trevor's airfield but I suggest you doing the former to save time.

I'm at elysian island...where's the heliport....so far every air strip I've been too has been empty of planes and helecopters...

We just land the heli on the roof. If the heli is in good enough condition after landing to take off, we escape in it. If not we base jump off.

 

Closest helis are marina helipad, hospital, airport.
