Just got off the phone with simeon and its confirmed that their are NO MORE PHOENIXS at the docks. Los santos is running out by the minute and we still have a few more in stock. You can take your chance searching for endless hours in some swamp for this VERY RARE car that would require you to steal and possibly get shot by cops (0% chance). everytime one drives by in game it has some bright green paint job with a brighter yellow stripe.
