Rockstar gone too far with prices?

I'm sure this post has been made a few times, but I wanted to see a recent poll about how players feel about prices. Just a few that I've noticed to be a bit extreme:

 

Clown makeup for $20,000

Knife for $396

Brown Cargo pants for $1,150

Red Sports Coat for $2,520 ($475 for Blue)

Bullet-proof tires for $25,000

These are just a few things I've seen in the last 20 minutes or so, and I know there are a lot more. Some are really expensive, and some just completely unrealistic.

I won't even get started on medical bills.

I voted 2. Most things are reasonably priced in my opinion. I do think a few items have a crazy price but it feels good to grind the cash stealing cars, robbing stores and armoured trucks or whatever and finally having enough money to buy them.

 

Personally I think bulletproof tyres are well worth $25,000 and probably the most important mod a player can make to their vehicle.

I like the prices, they make you think about your purchases so every single person isn't driving around in lamborghinis, wearing suits and shooting gold plated uzis. It makes me feel good about having what I have, I earned it.

I really think about what I'm spending in-game. I'm saving up for an apartment right now, but every so often, a car mod is available that I know is worth it, so I get it. It's not unreasonable, it's just making me work at what I ultimately want, not giving me a handout to be able to do whatever

Personally, I want items to be expensive so I have things to work towards and having to prioritize purchases. Once you finally make a ton of money and are able to splash it on cool things they feel earned (Unless you're someone who has exploited the game).

No, I would even want them to be higher. With the 500k we will get this month everyone will be able to have the most expensive apartment or a really nice vehicle. I would like sportscars and apartments to cost more. Weapons, vehicle mods and cloths are fine. But some cars and apartments I would like to go over a mill or 2.

 

I'm nowhere near rich (100k ATM) but I would still like those prices to be a bit higher.
