How do you sell cars to people?

I keep seeing people talk about giving/selling cars. How? I can't even remove the tracker of mine? I'm looking to remove insurance, and blow up some of my cars to make room for others. I can't be bothered waiting 50 minutes to sell to ls customs either.

Also, I have two ELEGY RH8 cars in my garage and cannot sell one to ls customs. How do I get rid of one?

This is what I had to do. I had to keep finding random cars that would go into my garage & then when the second GT-R was outside I just blew it up, then proceeded to blow up the random cars I put in my garage.

I'd suggest you go sell it to LS customs then buy what you want.

Not sure. You might be able to if you have customized it but probably not.
