Ridiculous Police Behavior Oversight

I'm just wondering why rockstar didn't include the mechanic from the opening scene where the police haven't made the car yet so even though you have stars they don't know its you.

 

Seems like a no brainer to put this in the real game so you can switch cars in a garage or other things like that to get one up on the police. is anyone with me on this

yeah, and it seems like they kind of tried to implement this, but it's buggy.

 

if you switch cars, and drive like a normal civilian, you can almost drive right past them, but they usually always spot you at the last moment.

 

i found out that driving my police granger, lots of cops will even bump right into you and have no idea. so they did put it into the game, but it really should work better.

Hmm I haven't seen that it doesn't seem like it works but it would be cool if it did
