Don't have last Tonya mission

Hi, I have problem with 100% of game - I have 99.5% and have to do only last Tonya mission, but in the past I have T icon but I completing picking up a spaceship parts and letter scraps, after this T icon disappeared and won't appear, there's is no Tonya in front of Liquor shop. I also trying to call her, but she never answered the phone - she always say "Tonya is busy...". Please help mi with that, because I can't complete game. Sorry for my english.

I've finished the mission "Big Score" and went on to murder Devin Weston.

currently, I'm left with no mission, and my 100% Checklist says that I've completed 69/69 missions.

 

Question : How do you get to 100%? (Franklin still shows a 1 on his Character switch, but I can't see anymore "?" on the map).

Is there really no more missions to play?

I'm having the EXACT same issue. I read trying tosleep over and over and it should pop up but it'sbeen half an hour. This better get patched
