Can you remove a tattoo?

I want to get the platinum for getting all tattoos. but only if u can remove them. Can you remove tattoos?

Pretty sure it would work just like it does in singleplayer. select the tattoo you have on and it removes it.

 

You'll have to pay for it again if you want it back though of course.
