Is there a solution to this problem, is Rockstar working on it?

 

It has gotten very old, can't play in free form with other people with out being kicked before I can even leave my apartment. Makes online playing with other people part an exercise of frustration. Feels like I spend more time loading the game and moving between sessions than actually playing it.
