I just thought that if I didn't fire back and kept driving away they would get the idea that I don't want to fight and im not a threat.

 

If someone attacks you then quickly find cover. If the cover is good (behind a corner is great) they will need to come closer, then you wait with your shotgun. When they get close pop out from cover and blast them.

 

Yeah I know, I just don't typically play like that , i'd rather not kill a greifer because they will just come back and keep following you and I don't like that type of play even if I win. I'd stick to races and survival exclusively but you need to go out to buy guns, ammo, clothes, LS Customs etc and its always a sh*tshow

Theres about 10000 threads like yours and frankly no one cares, if you are getting harassed just go to a different session, Press start, go to online and find new session, simple! it only takes a minute and is super easy. It's such a joke to know that some people believe they are entitled to, or own gamemodes/servers, and can dictate who has business being in a certain lobby with them, or they'll try to bully them out of it.

 

I agree with ya but some people are assholes. If you have a crew you can turn the tables on them pretty quick, or even by yourself if theres just one guy and you are good. Its highly frustrating for new players though, and I can totally see that but you cant stop it, you just have to either get good and kill them back or go to a server with less assholes, they arent all full of assholes. Finding a crew or a group of friends to protect each other makes them think twice about bothering you, most of them dont like to keep bothering people that kill them back.

Ive played lots of sessions and ive found lots of decent people. its mostly dumb little 12 year olds thinking they are cool when they spawnkill other players. More mature people realize the point of this game is to play coop, and Ive played lots of coop games with random people who were very cool. If I hear dumb little kids yelling in the mic I change sessions instantly, lol!

 

 

I've played with a lot of cool randoms sure. People just generally disgust me though with the attitudes they display towards others.

 

I've had plenty of cool moments with people I've enever met before. For example one time I was walking down the street, and a player who was much much lower level than I am saw me. I thought he was going to try and shoot me, instead he pulled up to me in his car, honked his horn, let me in and drove me home lol.

 

On the other hand, I've had much much more frustrating instances with the scum of the internet. Like people who'll talk plenty of sh*t, kill you, etc, then as soon as I place a bounty on their head they hide in their garage. As soon as they know people (or me) are outside their garage waiting to waste them, they get a friend to invite them to their apartment, so they teleport across the map, no danger, and sit in there for half an hour.. place a bounty on someone for revenge, you're paying the kid who you put it on more often then not.

 

In any instance you're literally paying to get trolled.

Don't waste your time trying to reason with players like that. If you can't kill them yourself, set a bounty on them and switch to passive mode. When they come back to kill you, just use the bird emote and change sessions.

never ever ever use passive mode, its bugged and does nothing but keep you from shooting them, they can still shoot you when your in a car and they can run you over and kill you when you are on foot, it will not help you at all, lol!

yea its much more fun playing with cool people, and in my experience there is a way higher percentage of retards playing this game on Playstation. I usually game on pc and most people are cool, theres still a few dickwads, but generally people are much higher level of gamers and far more mature cause a PC costs like 2-3 grand for a good gaming rig so they usually arent 12 year old f*cktards, though some have rich parents, lol! I wonder is xbox as bad for having as many morons since you have to pay to play it online?

yea, consoles are way cheaper so lots more kids play them and they think they are pretty tough and untouchable on the internet so they will say anything as long as mommy cant hear them, lol! Ive met good kids too though, thats why you just gotta keep switching sessions till you find cool people, then friend up, join crew whatever, then play with them and if anyone bothers ya, just all go after them and they will be the ones switching session after that, haha! I dont particularly like playerkilling either, but if you keep bothering me Im gonna drop what im doing and and kill you till you leave or hide cause im not putting up with getting picked on. I dont very often just kill someone randomly for no reason, though sometimes I do, but I dont keep doing it over and over, once and done, then i leave ya alone. thats my philosophy anyway, If rockstar banned every f*cktard playing this game then there wouldnt be many left, lol! but seriously though, its part of the game, some just take it too far. It wouldnt be any fun at all if player killing wasnt allowed, but they are trying to regulate a little. the bad sport system should curb some of this behavior when they get it fixed and tweak it a little.

game is bugged/beta/unfinished, many things are broke missing or dont work right,t hey really shouldnt have even released it yet, its the worst game I ive ever played with regards to bugs missing content and unintended behavior, but its very complex, many things affect many other things, it will take them a while to fix and balance it. Its a massive undertaking but its gonna be super sweet when they get it right! If they can, lol
