They aren't strangers and freaks or random events. I've read people talking about a couple of them but others I can't find anywhere. So, I've found as many as I can (14) and where they can be found and I wanted to make a list that anyone can add to so we can get a complete list. Dancing Hillbilly- Western most dock on the north shore of the Alamo Sea Preacher Guy (couldn't get a name)- Dutch London St. where Signal St. ends in Rancho Andy Moon- Cortes St. and Magellan Ave. in Vespucci Mani- Corner of Occupation and Elgin in Alta near the Del Pierro Fwy. Mime- Prosperity St. and Promenade in Del Perro Bill Binder- Cascabel Ave. in Paletto Bay Clinton- Corner of Marina Dr. and Armadillo Ave. in Sandy Shores Griff- On Route 68 in Sandy Shores near a clothes store and car customs place Impotent Rage- Corner of North Archer Ave. and Eclipse Blvd in W. Vinewood Zombie- Vinewood Blvd. near Alta St. in W. Vinewood Pamela Drake- Downtown Vinewood on corner of Power St. and Vinewood Blvd. Jesse- Del Perro Beach at the very end of Red Desert Ave. Jane (Children of the Mountain follower)- Corner of Dorset Dr. and Rockford Dr. in Burton Baygor (Epsilonist)- Corner of Eastbourne way and Portolla Dr. in Rockford Hills Some you can interact with and some you can only watch. So far, they all act the same with all 3 characters except Baygor who only gives Michael the Epsilon website and Bill Binder who won't give Franklin his website, not sure about Michael but definitely Trevor. Add any that you've found that aren't listed here as well as where to find them. I've read a post where someone said they found a man painted up like a statue but didn't know where and I haven't found him. Good job GTAIII, the deli owner was a stereotypical jew.... they poked at jews, italians and chinese in GTAII.... I'm at that intersection right now (playing as Mikey). A nice feature Rockstar uses is called a HUD. Bottom left of the screen. Shows up as a white dot. Go to the other neat feature, called a map, and hover above the white dot and you'll notice that it says 'friend'. Go to the white dot, in person, and you'll see a prompt to talk to said white dot. Most will have a name. I approached a gal in a black outfit, and text appeared on-screen (subtitles active for me) when I got close...she's actually a bit further away from the corner - standing on the sidewalk (east side of Power St. and north side of Vinewood Blvd...no interaction, just listen to her speak.
