3 Alta Street, Apt 10. 6 Car Garage Instead of 10?

So I finally saved enough up to get my apartment and I wanted to go with one of the cheaper apartments but enough to (hopefully) be able to plan heists from so I bought the 3 Alta Street Apt 10 for a little over 200k. It says very clearly in the description of the apartment that it has a 10 car garage (I even see the 6 bike racks on the wall that only 10 car garages have). However as I was loading some Ballers into my garage for future resale I was met with the message: "GARAGE FULL You must replace one of your vehicles in the garage before you can store this". I currently have 6 cars in my garage and cannot for the life of me figure out why this is happening, if its some kind of weird bug or if the description of the apartment is flat out wrong? Any help or other places to look would really be appreciated thank you.
