Replacing Vehicles #2

So earlier today I was TRYING TO rearrange the cars in my garage. I had found a Prius patrol vehicle and bought insurance with a full garage, Naturally when I did this it asked me to remove a vehicle

 

I selected my RUINER so I could have all motorcycles on one side and cars on the other. Then the game decided to replace my DOUBLE-T. So I was pissed but went about my day and got rid of the fking Prius to have my Double T back.

 

Now I get a Sandking and once again go to buy insurance and replace a vehicle. Once again I selected my Sabre to be deleted. It again replaces my GAUNTLET instead!

 

Seriously WHAT THE F*CK

 

Is it so hard to have a feature to move cars from slot to slot? Or to even have the current replace feature f*cking work?! I wasn't mad at first, but a 30k bike gone and now an 80k car gone, AND I STILL HAVE THE SH*t I DIDNT WANT

 

Anybody else experience this or have a better solution to replacing/rearranging cars? Cause I'm no longer f*cking around customizing cars if the game is going to randomly choose a god damn car for me to delete....*sigh*

Garages continue to act strange. I am not spending any more on vehicle mods or messing with garage organization until R* fix this. Other night I had a fully modified Dominator revert to a stock dominator (different color from the original one too). Drove it into the garage. In cut scene it was my car. Then once my character was in the garage the car is yellow/blue with no mods, not even insured.
