i moved apartments.. got some of my money back from my old one and kept my cars.

Yeah you'll get 50% of your money back from your old apartment and your vehicles are transferred to your new garage.

391k has best view, supposedly. Seems sort of stupid to spend that (unless your a glitching money farmer) on a view of a fake skyline in a video game :\
