So, how exactly do you play survival games? I'm level 15 (almost 16) and I have $90k. Every time I try to play a survival game, it says: "you need more cash to play that activity"

I didn't even know cash was a factor for unlocking, I thought it was just levels...

I am not sure. I hosted a survival game and only had $3,000 in cash.

Sounds like a bug mate shouldn't be any cash requirement, trevor will call you and give you one and you just go to it and host it like anything else.

I got a call from Ron and then they popped up all over the map. If I go to one of them, I get that alert telling me I need more money...

I can join a random one from my phone, but I can't host one, or chose which one I want to play.

give R* support a heads up might be some thing that needs sorting although i ain't had any problems with it

Are you going to the marker physically or trying to start them by clicking the icon on the map? The map icons aren't working for me, says not enough money, but when I set a waypoint and drive to it to activate it personally it works fine.

I do know that there is a 200 dollar buy-in. Perhaps you should try having 200 dollars on your person as opposed to your bank?

You need to have actual cash on-hand, not just in your bank.

I do know that there is a 200 dollar buy-in. Perhaps you should try having 200 dollars on your person as opposed to your bank?

I was trying to do it from the marker.

I'll try to do it from the marker with $200 on my person tomorrow and see if that works.

I'll also probably send a report to R*, but I'm not holding my breath. Every time I put in a support ticket, they toss back the generic "a recent update may have fixed your problem" email, as if I was playing the game without the update in place...

I put $200 in my pocket and tried to start it from the map. It worked. So either they patched since yesterday (unlikely), or you do need the $200 in your pocket to start from the map.
