Why do people get so butthurt if you are in a jet?

Even if you are just flying around and minding your own business it doesn't seem to be long before you get kicked... why are people so jealous of anyone in a Lazer?

 

Its easy enough to get them if you have access to the merryweather heli pickup since you can position yourself right over a jet without getting a wanted level.. hell you wont get a wanted level untill you jump from the heli and if you wait untill there is nothing around a jet its pretty easy to get away with one without getting shot at....

 

too many people act like its a crime to fly in this game and instantly kick for it.... doesnt even matter what you are flying....

When ppl are in jets they jus go around bombing players and you cant really defend yourself, but ive never kicked anyone for any reason because that to me takes away from the fun of being in an open world game, still lazers are annoying lol

Because people don't want to be bombed or shot at really in a position that they can't really defend themselves.

Eventually the RPG will be a bit more common., but still hard to hit a fast moving jet with an RPG. Perhaps you should get your own Jet and have a Dog fight. That'd be awesome, Dog fight over downtown LS!.

I got one the other night and flew around buzzing people but I never shot at them because I don't really attack other players for no reason. Just not my thing. It was right before I was getting off for the night so I landed at Sandy Shores field and said that the first person to it could have it. I wouldn't be too happy if someone kicked me just for flying around.

Why would that be bad, for someone to be able to defend himself with the same weapon that the person attacking has?

Someone wrecked into my c130 lastnight when I was about to take off. They got into a plane and I got another 130... then crashed onto their plane. Instant suicide but it was fun.

 

As far as the jet, I've never been kicked but it's fun as hell to get a whole group together and try to get them.

Hmmmm maybe have the ability to call in an EMP attack for a price from Lester or Merryweather on attack choppers, jets, and tanks.

I think that'd be a good idea.

I can't even join a race online JUST because of my level. I get kicked on site every time, it's even more annoying.

i fly them all the time, but i've never been kicked.

 

plus it's hard as hell to hit players on the ground, i'm not sure people realize.

 

the draw distance is so sh*tty that you pretty much have to guess where to launch missiles coordinating between the screen and the mini-map. players / cars don't appear until you are too low to the ground and too close the to the player to even get a decent shot off.

 

it's also pretty bad when you're sniping and you're scoped in on someone, and then they straight up dissapear. so many gripes.

A magazine from an AK-47 is enough to damage the jet to the point where it eventually will die out.

 

I've pumped a magazine into a jet that was trying to strafe me. His engine almost instantly cut out for a moment and because he flew so low he crashed and committed suicide.

I use the jet to take out police helicopters that are chasing random players. The thanks I get is shot at. The jet sucks balls anyhow.

I have yet for some to get "butthurt" over me flying jets and I fly them quite often.

 

All people seem to do when I fly them is simply mention it. I get a lot of "Oh sh*t he has a jet" and "dude fly away from him" if they are in a chopper. Honestly, it's pretty difficult to kill a player in the city with the jet for me. The missle do not lock on so the kills feel rewarding. Still, 99% of my Lazer kills are against aircraft.

 

The only butthurt I have witnessed so far in about 90 hours online is whenever I throw c4 out of my car onto another moving car. They get pissed at that.

The Lazer sucks balls. The cannon's range is so short that you'll just crash trying to gun people down on the ground.
