superbikes&marina slips, training chop?

I have seen various kinds of bikes I am assuming the fast ones are the twin pipe vader maybe? Found one with a hot lookin low faring twin pipes under seat. I suppose any crotch rocket lookin bike modded will do in the bike race.

 

Now what is the purpose of marina slips 75k? I cant realy find a clear purpose for them. The ifruit app or whatever something to do with training chop where how do you get this? How do I train chop?
