I mean visually GTA V is impressive i could very well have an addiction to the extent of not leaving the house not seeing people just cought up in this one game and a feeling of your stuck and you

No. The only people that have difficulties differentiating between a game and reality have a mental problem or are very young. Children can easily get influenced by violent video-games thanks to their underdeveloped brains.
