I spent 5 hour looking for that car and it was nowhere to be found, but now i see them every once in a while.

 

Its one of the better 4 doors, it handles extremely well and got pretty crazy acceleration, making it an excellent getaway vehicle, its going to be my getaway car for heists (where you need more than a 2 seater).

 

And, it looks very cool once you mod it.

I just fully upgraded one and it pretty much still f*cking sucks balls, I think you guys are dumb. it might be great if you are lvl1 but im lvl 36 and it is slow and sh*tty, I think my upgraded vapid sandking xl would outrun it, lol! Easily the best thing about it is that its 4 door if you roll with crew, but its pretty slow even turboed and engine and transmission upgrades. the turbo maxed out the acceleration and it was still f*cking slow so i bought the trans and the engine ones as well but they didnt do anything. It doesnt even have that many cool appearance mods you can do to it, it does not deserve the hype its getting, thats for sure. I wish I had all the money back I wasted upgrading it cause there are many stock cars better than this heap, haha!

 

I get the hype for the nostalgia feeling from the one in gta4 online, but its definitely not worth the time or money upgrading if you want a good fast car.

hey fair enough dude, I went looking for this car cause the knobheads said its so super awesome, so now everyone wants one, but Im just letting them know that it sucks so dont have too high of aspirations, so if you want it for nostalgia feeling or are a low rank, then cool, its not too bad, but the upgrades dont do much and its not much good at higher levels is all im saying! I spent over 150K modding it and ive picked up other cars on the street that are faster! It does handle semi decent, but ive not seen the improvement after modding it and the braking sucks. however i dont glitch farm, so it takes me a long time to make 150K, if you got millions you wont care, but after i finished modding this car I had 2K left in my bank, and I only have one two garage so no im broke and stuck with a crappy car. I was expecting much more improvement after the mods, lol!

I just beat an entity in my fully built sultan. He was so pissed he had to kill me and blow up my car after.

I love my Sultan. Its a sexy car, its customization/paint options are dope looking, everyone loves a tuner, and its pretty quick and easily accessible early on.
