If you need some time to do something and you want no cops bothering you, then start a mission that doesn't have a time limit...like repoing a car for Simeon.

 

Instead of repoing the car, just go do your own thing like finding them Galivanter Ballers and putting the in your garage, rob some stores, knife some hookers...whatever you want. Wanted levels are off on several missions and you can do whatever you want.

 

I knifed several people and then stole the Ambulance when it came to get the victims, And then took it on a killing spree and put 3 Ballers in my Garage for selling later.

At least in the mission I done, you can't really rob stores, the clerks didn't spawn. Sure I could shoot the registers and get 50-90 bucks, but wasn't worth it. It is an easy way to go get the lazer and fly around blowing stuff up though.

yeah, I find it very nice for finding the vehicle you want and getting to the garage or just going on a drunken rampage without losing $2k. LOL
