If you buy one from the Warstock webpage, Pegasus will always place one on the map for you. Same goes for tanks.

 

Not sure if tanks are the same, I expect them to be just haven't tried yet, but when I destroyed my jeep you simply pay 1000 for another one.

The one you can order from Warstock is a Crusader, not the Merryweather Mesa,

Oh, my mistake. That ones way better than Warstock one. Plus I'm not even sure you can mod it, didn't try but thought the ability to order a 4 man vehicle would come in handy when playing through missions.

btw, you only need to shoot the driver. His friends won't shoot back at you if I remember correctly
