Vice Beach Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 My snapmatic photos are getting black bars on the sides of the photo. It crops about a quarter of the photo and it's annoying. I've seen other peoples photos come out like this as well. Anyone know why it does it for some but not others? I'm on Xbox 360. It didn't always do this. Ragref Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 I have that, it's so annoying. Is it the resolution maybe? I play on a small tv, that could be problem. I've emailed R* about it but haven't heard anything yet. I'll make sure to bump this thread when I do because I know a lot of people on here have this issue. Vice Beach Posted October 13, 2013 Author Share Posted October 13, 2013 Update on this: I've played on 3 different TVs and had black bars everytime, but tonight I played using HDMI instead of the usual AV cables and the black bars were gone. You go to the 1) Xbox Dashboard 2) Settings 3) Console 4) System Settings 5) Display 6) Screen Format 7) Choose Wide-Screen Boom, you fixed it!
