Any way to stop Simeon asking the cars?

I couldn't care less about delivering cars to him, but now that he wants Sentinel XS, every time I enter my personal car (which happens to be Sentinel) I get 2 stars for f*cking nothing. I've delivered 2 cars to him and he still texts me to deliver more and since I don't care doing that, I get 2 stars when I enter one of the cars.
Annoying as hell, so how many times does he text / any way to stop him from sending the texts?

he gives like 10K a car most times. well worth it, though i delivered a special car once and he only gave like 4K so I dont know if they nerfed it or what. only delivered a few so far. I also had that two star bug when i was in the car he wanted was my personal sentinal also, lol! i was wondering wtf was going on.
