HOW DO YOU SET UP CREW CHALLENGES FOR YOUR CREW?

I see it unlocks at level 5. Is this something that I can create or are the crew challenges unlocked and given to us by Rockstar in game?

 

I'm confused.

 

Does anyone know about this?

While playing GTAO, go to Start - Online - Playlists. Make a Playlist. Once you have a Playlist and at least $1000 cash, you get the option when selecting your Playlist to make it a Challenge. The option is the Back button on Xbox.

To make it a Challenge, you have to play you Playlist and it records your performance, thus setting the scores for the Challenge.

So I just tried this so I could share some cash with some crew members and when I go to the challenges tab it just won't load. Anyone else on PS3 having this issue? It freezes up my pause menu unless I hit R1 or L1.

Bump, trying to figure out how to share cash so I can also share with people who aren't just in my crew. Can anyone else on PS3 confirm that the challenge tab is not working?

Challenge tab is working just nobody was creating challenges and the ones that are get beat pretty fast. I think they may be "fail/succeed" on first run so if you make a challenge and a crew tries it then it goes away. Which isn't good. Should stay until someone beats it.

 

To share money the way I saw was in your inventory (hold Select). All occurrences were in my apartment. You can select on of two options one being someone on last job which was cool. I believe you are limited to 50k per day

Is that what increases your crew leaderboard rank? I always thought it was deathmatch but if you make your playlist a challenge and someone fails to beat what you set or something, do you go up the crew leaderboard? :S

You need to have cash in your hands (like Lamar) else the option doesnt appear.

There is no crew vs crew yet, and they only challenges we can set are race or mission times, or scores. Its pathetic, its not a challenge.

 

The crew hierarchy has gone to sh*t because of all the FAKE RP from the Modders & Glitchers out there. Because of all that BS and Crap most crews have been DEranked. Hence Rockstar not releasing the Leadership board which they promised in November.

 

Even the sponsored crews from Gamestop, IGN, etc they all got Deranked from the RP scam.

 

Just waiting for the reset on the modders stats so we can have a real crew vs crew battle. And not some stupid capture, or wanna be Crew vs crew DM

I freeze up everytime i select the challenge option.....R1 and L1 have no effect for me.... i have to hit the PS button and and quit the game, then reload it ....

This crew challenge pays pretty good I made 1bil in 2 days I joined another crew to make money and activate back to my crew and help them out with money but when I launch or start the challenge the game won't start unless someone backs out or quits and I do the race by myself! It sucks cuz I get all the payout

Just go to Online - Playlists - My playlists, and press the select button over the playlist you want to create a challenge of. Then you set the wager in the game lobby. The amount you can bet depends on the money you have in your wallet, not in your bank. Hope it helped ;-)

Works for setting challenges fine, but at least on PS3, you can't seem to play them afterwords. The screen just continually loads and you need to press start to quit. I've spent about $200,000 trying to make them work for my crew, but no dice.
