I unlocked this shirt last night but do't have a clue how I did it. I'm rank 32 and didn't do anything too special except hold a 5 star on my own on the gas company containers for 10 minutes, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.

 

Anyone got any ideas?

You found a special crate I also have it...

 

Ahh yeah, I got a minigun too, completely forgot about that. Cheers mate.

Youll get a call. Happened to me at level 31 shows up as a green icon in your map in freemode just like a Simeon vehicle

I got mine from a special green crate in last weekends beach event I understand they are rare so enjoy normal green crates drop money weapons and rp

As other posters have explained :

 

The Los Santos Belle t-shirt is a reward for accomplishing the SALVAGED achievement.

 

You complete SALVAGED by collecting a special crate.

 

So, that's exactly how you got the t-shirt. You collected a special crate. Most likely it had $5000, 5000RP, Body Armor and a Mini-Gun in it. It also unlocked the t-shirt. :)
