What is this spectator glitch?

If a job like survival or death match has started but there is one open slot, GTA drops you in as a spectator until the next voting session. It can be used to tell your friends the positions of enenmy players.

basically, back then everyone voted restart but now u cant
however spectators can still vote restart

I've had this glitch, not only in Survival, but also Spectating from my TV. In Survival, I die. But instead of being able to Spectate, I either have a view from the Spawn location, or from the location I died. I have no control of the view, whatsoever. When the Wave ends, then it's back to normal. The interesting thing is that the NPCs seem to be able to see you, and will target you. You see the blood splatter effect when hit. Another time, I was doing Industrial Plant with one other player, and I "spawned" on the hill after being killed. All the NPCs turned to focus on me - just staring, not shooting - enabling my teammate to creep up behind and kill 'em all. Very weird.
What has happened with the TV is I have a view of the Player I chose to Spectate, but am frozen to the spot where my view first appeared. It's as if I'm standing there, unable to move. The only way to get out of it is to quit the game. Which sucks when you've spent time collecting weapons you can't own.

Odd, the spectator glitch I've been experiencing that never fails to happen is when I join a race lobby part of the way through and it randomly spawns me at the point wherever I was looking at the other players. Then I can actually shoot my guns and blow sh*t up. One one hand its fun, but I don't really think the clean racing crew I'm in wants me to be lighting up traffic lights and other obstacles with a grenade launcher while trying to race. Plus I have to manually leave or else I just sit there in limbo.

Spectator glitch I've seen and had magically done, somehow..

 

Watch your TV apartment, garage, it doesn't matter which. Then get to the screen where you can watch players in the game. Scroll down and watch whomever. After a time, the game will somehow put you where you where watching on the TV. Hard to explain and hard to describe. Basically go watch a player on your TV and sometimes after a few minutes you are transported there. You will be floating where the camera angle was, and you can't move (you can turn around though but can't move) and you may or may not be able to fire some of your weapons. It's really weird.

I can vouch for this, it's happened more than once to me.

It's very strange being stuck in place and shot to bits when you're technically already dead!

Not only that, but the game will inform other players that you're "not contributing" while dead, and suggest they kick you.
