Not receiving "The Record Holder" Tattoo/Achievement

Hey I've got 2 world records and no achievement for it

If you go into your character stats ingame you can view awards, how to earn them, etc.

 

It's how you earn most tattoos. The world record one is a blonde chick with a racing car.

I think ( sadly... ) that the world records are on Lap turn only...

 

i got some world record for race in total. But none in lap turn ( 1 time on my deleted character.... )

 

This tatoo ROCK... i want it too... I try to grind lvl to get to a un-hacked race...

So you need to have the fastest lap time not the fastest time in the world for a 3 lap race or whatever?

 

This sucks. All the best laps are hacked

Yeah I got mine last week, can't tell you exactly what it was for, but I'm fairly certain it was a point to point race.

point to point race seem to not being hacked. but it's haaaaaaard to get first time. Need full custom car or moto.

Thanks for the tips, I'll have to try point to point. I'm about a second off the best lap time for 3 tracks, using either my Bati 801, Dinka Akuma, Adder or Voltic depending on the track.

 

So is it confirmed it is for the fastest lap time only?

Surely R* could calculate a minimum possible lap time within the parameters of the game (Use AI to simulate the perfect race at the limits of the car with 100% slipstream) and not record any entries lower than this number? Damned Criminal Records cannot be done in 10 seconds

A lot of people unlocked it in the tutorial when the cloud was busy sh*tting itself. I did also, but my character got reset so I needed to actually get a Record. And now I got 2 it doesn't work
