Where could I find a FIB SUV online? is the only way to find one to get stars and try and make off with one

You can save the Sheriff SUV and Army Jeep.

Only way to get it is to earn a 4 star wanted level up in the desert. Instead of FIB Grangers they send Sheriff ones. Two ways we worked it out are either...

 

Get them to spawn and hope you can kill the SWAT team, take the car and call lester to wipe your wanted level. Alternatively in this path if you're super lucky after being killed by them, you can spawn close enough to steal their vehicle on respawn.

 

The other is to have a one player get the wanted level while another stays in passive mode nearby. When an SUV comes, have the passive player swipe it and make a run for it. If they can get away from the initial group, they'll only have 1 or 2 stars.

Wait can you do the normal things to it like most of the other cars? i.e. Armor, BP tires etc?

you can save the FIB suv. its tricky but it can be done. i've seen it in garages

You can save most vehicles in your garage now due to a glitch posted on this forum. You just cant insure them, this includes, riot vans, ambulances, police vehicles etc.
