Yeterday I joined a session and I immediatelly drive to golf club, bingo it was parked there...

 

I checked Simeons list and he was not asking for it but the tailgater was there.

 

Join a session and drive to golf club parking it will be there for sure maybe not at the first attemp but after few trials you will find it at golf club.

Lol, so pissed. Just found one on second attempt, drove to LS but was really careful because there was someone there. They went into LS, so i legged it down. they came out shot me and then pinched it and got it to their garage.

I went Tailgater hunting for an hour today, I needed a Sedan to ensure I had at least 1 car in each class...checked all the hot-spots: golf club, heli, Chumash, movie studio - round and round and round, false alarm after false alarm - despite knowing better, my brain was convinced that every Fugitive I discovered was actually a Tailgater...it never was. Anyway, after an exhaustive hour long hunt a Schafter (my back-up) spawned at the movie studio car park. It'll do....for now.

Got my tailgater about a week ago. Used Simeon's list. And went to the gold club, back to the beach.

 

It ended up spawning in the golf club, seen it there another 4-5times since ive been on to help a mate get one

I searched for 2 months and didnt find it til last weekend. It wasnt on Simeons list. It was a high priority car. If there is a high priority vehicle at the beach or golf club hurry up and check before someone else does. Mine was a high priority at the beach. I took it underground and waited til Simeon didnt want it anymore. Someone found me tho and blew up the car. So i races back to the beach lot and one had spawned there, likely because it was there as high priority first.

So guys, I finally got it. I didnt have the text from simeon at all. I was in the new super car, the zentoro, and i kept doing a circuit to the golf course,(there is a video in this chain that shows how to do it.) I kept doing this over and over again.. and i had a heart attack. There it was. xbox 360. Keep the search up, you can find it. Just have dedication.

Wait till it's on Simeon's list and it will possibly be parked at the beach tennis courts. If not, try the Golf Club, that's where mine was.

If anyone wants to the easiest method to get the tailgater without having to wait for the requested vehicle list then go to the golf course then set your location to last location and then either join a new lobby or go to story mode and then back to another session. It may take like 10-20 tries but it WILL spawn in the lot and worked for me as i FINALLY found it yesterday doing this.

Can confirm they do eventually spawn with a bit of persistence, without having to change sessions.

Just go to the golf course - if it ain't there, drive around the golf course (literally!), come back, and see if anything's turned up. If not, go off, do something else, then come back later - eventually, it'll be there.

Doesn't need to be on Simeon's list (indeed, you don't need to have Simeon request ANYTHING to get it to spawn), and can be done in Invite-Only, if you really want to avoid some idiot sabotaging your efforts.

Found my first Taigater a while ago at the observatory. I didn't know it was rate just a car I thought I could sell for good coin. As I drove it I liked it and decided to keep it. Then read all about it's rarity and was ecstatic. Been looking for more ever since with no luck however since the last update (High Life) I've found 3 more. One more at the observatory next to a specific vehicle Simeon wanted - while driving my Tailgater. Gave that to a friend.

 

And then twice last night at the Golf Course. Started a session and began my usual drive to the known locations routine I do for a few minutes and there it was on my first try - while driving my tailgater. And then after a few hours of gaming with my crew - missions and what not - I did my usual cruise for a tailgater before I turned it off for the night and there it was again at the golf course on my first stop - while in my custom Voltic.

 

I don't know if I'm extremely lucky or if they are spawning more regularly after the update. I hope it's the former as the rarity of the car is what helps make it special - as well as the mods (which make it ugly IMO) - and that it's a freaking good drive.

Finally found one

 

It was on Simeon's list, so I thought it might be the best time to search for it. I drove around for an hour or so, checking the stadium carpark, casino, golf club, racetrack etc. and it was nowhere to be seen. However, as I was on the freeway near the casino and racetrack, I saw a car driving eratically, in the same fashion as some Sentinels. I managed to catch up and get behind the car and pistol the driver. Instead of taking it to Simeon, I drove it to my garage. I'm about to insure it now; thank God I'm in a crew only session.

When i get mine, i keep changing sessions near the golf course and somehow it spawn after 5/6 tries..

Check between the times 10:00 and 14:00 only imo . . . My chances during this time frame are way better.

Who the hell goes to LSC in the middle of the city when you found a car you want and want to insure it? Drive to the one by the airport.

People cant be that stupid, right? "oh, a car I have been searching for, let me drive straight into the war zone of LSC to insure it"

I found mine a few months back at the golf course without Simeon requesting it. It took me about a few weeks of playing at least a few hours per night to find. I was driving a Gauntlet at the time, whether that matters or not.

 

Also, I was reading this thread (I think) after I found it just to read other stories. I remember somebody made a post that suggested: drive a Dominator to the golf course. If the Tailgater doesn't spawn, exit the golf course, turn left and take the first jughandle on the right side that you see (just a few seconds down the road). Go back to the golf course and check again, repeating the steps until you find one.

 

I tried it out once and sure enough it worked. I tried it a second time a few days later and it worked again, so maybe there is something to it.

Lazy asses asking to dupe cars... unless you work 60 hours a week, have 5 kids, one retarded, one disabled... and a cracked out wife... then you have no damn reason to be a lazy ass and just steal a random sedan and drive to the movie studios parking lot (empty pool) then drive to the golf course parking lot... I did this with an Asterope in solo session free roam and found one in 5 minutes.
