Without trying, I have found three in the last week, in a Private FR Session, at the Golf Course, morning time.

 

I love the look of the car, don't get me wrong, and mine is still in my garage next to the Schaft. Schaft is quicker when modded out. I'll keep them both for now I think.

I have been searching for this car for weeks and still can't find it. I looked at all the spawn locations and switching sessions but no luck.

As long as Simeon needs it, the car spawns at Vespucci beach, it's super easy to find :3

 

 

I'm also sure if you have the car and go to the spawn location it will spawn aswell.

Ended up finding 6 in that session, just to confirm, they were on Simeons wanted text.

I found 1 on the driveway at Chumash, 3 at the golf club and 2 at the film studio carpark

Lvl 93 here with ~200h gameplay, i have NEVER seen a tailgater spawn im the streets.

 

also , i cannot remember simeon looking for it, in my first gta:o days i think i have read the tailgaters name in simeons sms few times, nevertheless i have never seen it.

Finally. Found at the golf course. Set spawn to last location and doing find new session until one spawned in the parking lot

really not difficult to find the obey tailgater and the only reason people are looking for it so much is because its rare??? its only rare you guys because it only spawns in a few locations and in certain circumstances i.e the golf course in a invite only session when you get simeon's text message regarding the high priority vehicle.

This took me almost as long to find as the Nemesis, I have no idea why. It wasn't until I finally got a Simeon request did I actually stumble across one. Fun little car. Wish it were AWD though. Funny it's labeled as RWD.

I finally found mine today at the golf course (was not even requested by Simeon

After over 30 days of game time, I finally found my first Tailgater. I really does exist. lol

 

I think being in a session alone was the key, since car spawning is based on the player. And it being on Simeon's list, of course. I've searched relentlessly before, but this time was just one check at the golf course, then one stop at the beach-- there it was.
