Car blown up by players and they don't pay for it

So, my Adder has been blown up several times now, and each time has been by a player, and EACH time the car was never even paid for by that player.

 

Why?

 

Having to pay 12500 each time my Adder is blown up by some jackass isn't fair, especially when if I do it to THEIR car, I'm forced to pay for it.

 

Is this a bug or is there a reason for it?

Probably a bug. Or maybe they don't have the money to pay for it so the game defaults to you having to pay.

Not necessarily forced, but what's the point of having an Adder if I'm not going to drive it and let it sit somewhere destroyed? But yeah, I heard that them not having the cash to pay for it could be the case but it seems rather strange that 4 people have blown up my car and not a single one had the 12500 to pay for it. If they don't have that, they should, like Lunytunes said, be taxed until they finish it. It'd be nice, but then again it's my fault for having a 1 million dollar car -.-

I would recommend only using that car for racing. I know it's you should be able to use it whenever you want but it's obvious that you can't do that.

Probably what I'm going to end up doing until I get an Entity or something whenever the hell that may be. I'll just stick with my Carbonizzare for free roam.

They should have to pay the full price for it and obviously if they can't pay it off straight away, every penny they earn is immediately transferred to your bank until the debt is paid.
