Armwrestling glitched?

[Forzum]

So whenever I do armwrestling and win/lose I get to choose rematch or continue. Now it doesn't matter what I choose because nothing happens, no rematch, he's not leaving or anything, the screen is just all orange and my IQ less character just stand there and flexing his arms.

 

The "big" problem is that this makes me have to leave the game which leads to a "bad sport" notice.

 

Anyone else experienceing this?

 

This is on ps3 btw.
