Its 30k, but should be worth it for the extra cash. If you dont have that much but want to buy get the Hyme condo, 3 garages and a helicopter on the roof. The ones with garages can be located right by the Northern Pay N' Spray. The one that is $6,000 is actually right next door to the left of the front door of the Pay N' Spray up there. There is another place called El Swanko that is $8,000 that comes with a garage as well. I own these two and just bought the Hyme Condo with the 3 garages. Did not know it had a Helicopter on the roof though!!!! YES!! Finally get to fly around in a Helicopter!! Woohoo!
