Has anyone else gotten bad sport for defending themselves?

When people follow me shooting at me I always just casually toss a sticky on their hood and solve the problem. Apparently I am a bad sport to Rockstar and don't deserve to play with my friends. Any word if this obviously busted feature is getting fixed?

Solution: don't fight people in free roam. Pointless and only results in loss of money.

Stop blowing up other peoples cars - fixed.

Shot them without blowing up their car. Blowing up other peoples personal cars seems to be what triggers the bad sport stat.

Now you can PVP with other bad sports and blow up as many vehicles that you want.

How can you tell if you're categorized as a bad sport?

The problem is we need PvP servers that bad sport is not from quitting jobs early or cheating.

How can you tell if you're categorized as a bad sport?

You'll get a few warnings before it happens, but the game will tell you that you are a bad sport, for x amount of days. That means you wont be able to play with "normal" players for x amount of days.
