They addressed the fact that they are preventing character deletion, not about already affected characters buddy

That won't come in a patch.

 

Your best bet is to talk to them directly, but tbh I wouldn't hold out much hope.

I'm just glad my character won't be at risk anymore. Just make a new one mine's almost back to the level my first character was.
