Jesus f*cking christ! Are you all retarded or something? If people are "selling" these things, it's for a f*cking reason.

Sultans can be extremely common in your game, but not in others. I have yet to see a single one in my games. I have yet to see a single f*cking Obey Tailgater in my games. I even borrowed a friends tailgater just to see if they would start spawning and not a single one. Why would I pay for it if it's not rare you ask? Because it won't spawn for me and because it's my motherf*cking money and I can pay 50k for that BMX on the corner of your mother's house.
