ivDeTox
So I'm one of the unfortunate people who have purchased the digital version of GTA V. This was BEFORE I found out about all the streaming issues that it has. I purchased GTA IV digital and did not have any problems so I figured GTA V would be no different. Guess I was wrong then? I've been looking for a fix to these annoying texture pop ins that I get while playing the game. It gets annoying after a while when you see the road disappear, random blocks of walls, trash cans, WHATEVER just pop into your face out of nowhere. Invisible buildings suddenly appearing, you know what I mean. I haven't been able to find any solution that works for the PS3 digital version. Is Rockstar even aware of this problem? I heard that Sony apparently had no idea this problem existed? Is there going to be at least some sort of patch to fix this issue? Some kind of refund so I can go get myself a disc copy instead of this digital crap? Anything they're doing to solve this at all? Please let me know if there is a fix out there or patch coming up. rgangsta
They are aware of their problem. Their advice is to not install the 8GB. But for us PS3 users, that's impossible. Hopefully they look into it for us. But I got the difital version and I barely have problems.
ivDeTox
Yeah exactly. Theres this flash drive fix I heard of for Xbox 360. All fixes I heard of are for Xbox 360. Haven't heard of a single fix for PS3 version. What kind of PS3 do you have and what kind of hard drive? You think maybe the pop in happens on certain PS3's? I have a 160gb PS3 with 90gb free space and I still get pop in lol.
