Insurance penalties should be higher: costing me 8K each time someone

Having a rather annoying problem, which I'm sure those with expensive cars can relate to. It seems everyone is out to wreck your car, people throw sticky bombs at you if you go anywhere near them. Every time my Cheetah is blown up it costs me 8K to get it back, which I often can't afford.

 

Rockstar should have the opposition pay the whole insurance premium, it would discourage it further... In the past 24 Hours I've lost over 100K just in insurance. On higher value cars the penalty could be 10 to 12K. They end up paying $100 to $1000 towards it...

I wish people who go around blowing up people's cars would be put in some hellhole of a server together like Rockstar said they were gonna do. I just got killed 3 times in 2 minutes trying to get my car out of the insurance building parking lot.

What they should f*cking do is make it so that it doesn't charge you any IF AND ONLY IF it was destroyed because another player destroyed it. You telling me that isn't within the realm of possibility? Instead Rockstar said "let's just punish the victim, less work for us."

If you can't afford the insurance for high-end cars, don't drive it. You know people will hate. I agree there should be some type of penalty for them since you do have insurance, but why should they have to pay your premium? It's your insurance. If you didn't have it, you would be completely f*cked.

the game does make them pay your insurance if they blow up your car. but the problem is that people that kill others and destroy there cars get killed them selfs all the time. so they have $0 on them at the time. so it cant make them pay an $8000 dollar bill since they have nothing. if they have nothing then there is no punishment for them besides a dunce hat for 2 days. they will keep running around poor as they kill and be killed them selves into happiness. they think GTA is about killing everything that moves. Others know that the point is to work with friends and crews together to make lots of money while killing the occasional player because it is beneficial.

if they have cash in excess of the premium they do have to pay it. but if they bank it and dont have enough then you have to pay for it yourself.

 

at least thats what we found in missions grinding. when we had 0 cash and it all in bank and we blew up anothers car they had to buy it back if we had a lot of cash then it forced the person who blew it up to pay for it. I got my entity paid for twice by my friend in a mission but since im always good on putting it in bank when i blew his up he had to pay for it himself still lol
