GuyInAHat
I got the strangers and freaks mission to do bail bonds. The first target is Ralph Ostrowski and I went and found him. I didn't realize I had my smg equipped and instead of just shooting out the tire I accidentally shot bullets across his windshield and killed him because I didn't let go of the trigger. So I reload from the last save point, which was the Target Practice mission, so I could go back and capture him alive as I had intended. I went back and he wasn't there. It was night time in-game, so I guessed he's only there during the day as he was before I reloaded from save. I wait for day time. Day time comes and I get a text from Maude telling me that I didn't bring him back alive and she gives me the next mission, Larry Tupper. So once again I reload from save and go look for Ralph. Ralph again isn't there, and as soon as daylight comes I get the text for Larry again. I've spent 2 hours trying to find Ralph. Ralph just isn't there even though my last save point was from long before I ever went and found him that first time. I had talked to Maude and accepted the bail bond mission before doing the Target Practice mission, but that one and only time I found Ralph was definitely after I'd done the Target Practice mission, and seeing as how my last save was directly after the Target Practice mission and I found Ralph directly after saving after that Target Practice mission, Ralph should be there when I reload from save, yet he's not. I'm guessing later on I'll have the chance to replay the whole bail bond mission chain, but it's discouraging that I don't even have the chance to capture Ralph on the first play-through. It's like it tacked on my accidental killing of Ralph to my save that had happend 20-ish minutes before I ever encountered Ralph.
