You only can have 1 building, you even can't have a apartment and a garage.

 

What's the point in having an apartment? I know I need a garage to store my future fleet of super cars, but I might be able to skip on an apartment.

Oh.. Ok thanks.. Purchased the 205k on Del Perro Height and saw there was another one there as well.

you dont need a apartment, all look the same sh*t and you only need a garage

You can't have both a garage and apartment? That's really stupid. I feel sorry for anybody that has purchased a garage. Good luck planning heists lol

Oh... How big are the garages? I think the largest garage I've actually seen was 6 cars but I know bigger ones exist.

The high end apartments come with a 10 car garage.
