Yes IMO. Just follow R* hints while it is loading, the not to lose your char ones. Also, just buy Appartments by 200K or more. They are more worthy to grind for.

I'm on Xbox so do I have e patch yet and is disappearing property and vehicles fixed yet?

I dunno about 1.03 but in 1.02 I still lost my purchased cars untill I changed DNS servers to Google's. Now everytime I log in, I can safely cruise in my car.

I've had my apartment and sports cars since before update never tried to get in when servers were offline and didnt lose anything so far so should be ok

I'm not trusting it until official word. I followed all of their instructions for not losing a character and still lost it with 1.02.
