I keep dying because you cant steal a cop car without getting 3 stars. Well you can if you dont kill the cops but thats hard. They get all up in your grill. I tried calling a police officer myself with the phone but it doesnt work you have they leave the scene if theres no crime and you cant even catch up to them. I dont know what to do. tranceking26 Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 There are no vigilante missions, and there are cop shops where sometimes nobody spawns near the parked police cars. Boom stolen and kept! The thugs killed the cops, I shot the thugs, and viola! free cop car, no stars. I then jumped in and realized there are no vigilante missions, but I still stored it in my garage. Also, can you start an impromptu chase with random drivers by firing a shot at their car? Like in previous GTAs, if you did that, the driver would start speeding away and you could chase them.
