So SURVIVAL is pretty impossible for my friend and I.

I would recommend that you two decide when to call in heli's from merryweather. If you call them in, take cover and are lucky they should finish off most of the round. It's only profitable though if you are in the latter rounds and you yourself dont call it in each time. Have a team member do it since you each get 20k...or just go to assisted/gta aiming. You can pretty much one shot enemies until wave 6 with the pistol at that point

Boneyard (if that`s the one with the downed plane and hangar) - go in hangar in the second room - the garage kinda sorta. One can cover the entrances to the hangar, while another can combat shottie anything that`s coming from the gates zone (front of hangar), as well as anything coming from the side road to the back. - it suits manual aim better, since auto is tricky through the grates, but if you aim through the holes it`s pure profit :)

We found this the hard way, when we ended up 2 manning most of it due to the other 2 dying. I was also lucky to have picked a minigun, which you should keep to kill helis with.

Survival is by far my favorite thing in GTAO thus far. But by it's very name you should realize it's not intended to be easy, even with multiple players. It's not all about auto-aim or free-aim; it's mainly about tactics. You need to find good spots, have good communication, and, most importantly, learn to be patient. I've found that the leading cause of death in Survival (besides sheer stupidity) is being impatient. If you have found a good spot and have a decent tactical advantage, don't get impatient and run out all guns-a-blazin'-style. Auto-aim or not, you'll get mowed down just the same when surrounded. Wait for the enemy to come to you when and where you have the advantage.

Both using free aim. We have good accuracy though.

The thing is that when one of us dies, the other guy left alive is HOARDED and has no way to defend himself.

Should we just use Auto Aim for this?

We played 7 times in a row and the furthest we got was to round 6. It was Industrial Plant. Tried staying inside dumspters but we have bad luck with it.

I'd love to know a glitch or trick for this because I am not a fan of Survival Modes in videogames.

Find a camping spot with some cover and above all else A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD, and only ONE way into the camp spot. Stay in that camp spot. Shoot everything that comes near you, but never, under ANY circumstances, leave the camp spot until there is only a few enemies left, or even just one. Leave the one guy up to pick up health/ammo or whatever.

I've solo'd 2 of them using these tactics.

edit; Oh yeah, and keep sticky bombs on roads near your camp spot to blow up any incoming vehicles and get easy kills.

If someone wants a good survival companion you can add me on ps3 : mileafly

I have beaten a couple of survivals on my own so far, but it would be fun to play with someone else to.

If you play with assist aim, please dont add me as I refuse to play with anything else then free aim.

I use to use free aim until I decided that I am a more casual player and not as hardcore as I used to be, and thats okay, on boneyard I always go to the rooftop and while it is very challenging at later stages it helps me get my blindfire skills up and survival skills up.

I know that I am exposed to helis but if you go to the center of the rooftop you're just about safe from stray bullets and other types of fire from all directions. And you get the mini gun and rocket launcher before the helis show up anyways.

It gets intense if you're by yourself for those and no matter what aiming you use, kudos to you for that accomplishment.
