How in the world is this possible? I mean come on. The criminal records race, the world record is 1 second. Really? Then Thrills on the Hills or whatever its called has a record of 54 seconds. I had the previous record at 1 min 15 seconds, I don't understand how it would be possible to shave 21 seconds off that.

 

How are people doing this?

The 1 second one could've glitched. I did a round of Mixed up with Coke and when we replayed it, the game glitched and completed the mission, giving us the money and RP without starting the mission.
