Do my ps3 take damage when i force it to restart?

My GTA V are sometime freezing when in loading into a online session, cant do anything. Only i can do is to press te button to restart, (not pull out the contact)

 

Is this not good to do? if it will break the ps3 or gta v disc? cousing more and more freezing?

 

And, is it couse to my ps3/cd or is it R* ? couse i only stuck when loading into a online session, not story mode.
