I am extremely disappointed that I was not smart enough to come to this website and learn of all the online exploits. Then I came here and got all excited about what I was going to do when I got home and then DISAPPOINTMENT...they fixed the glitches. So...who out there wants to give me some money. Some of you have over 200,000,000 dollars. I just want a million. My gamer tag is RochardingX in case anyone wants to give me money. Really...you can only donate 5000 dollars a day. They sat around thinking of all the ways to restrict people but still put in useless atms and make people only drop 100 dollars each time they are killed but pay 2000 to the hospital. I feel that 2000 for the hospital is fine since bills aren't paid with cash in hand but if I am walking around with 5000 dollars then I should lose 5000 to who killed me. Just like in real life. And the phone feature to deposit cash is pretty dumb. I can't put cash in a phone. Duhhhhh. ATMs would be a great idea of they didn't have a phone to deposit cash. What is this Star Trek or something.

They probably did this to keep people from farming GTAO money and selling for Real World money, which would take away from their microtransactions.
